Dexcom G7 Discharge Program
Designed to support patients in maintaining optimal glucose levels once they leave the hospital, this program provides a Dexcom G7 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System to any patient who is discharged from the hospital and has been identified as an appropriate candidate for CGM.
Pediatric Hospital Discharge Kit
The Dexcom Pediatric Kit includes everything a child and their caregiver need to get started with Dexcom G7 CGM System, including a 1-month supply of Dexcom G7 Sensors, a Dexcom Receiver, pediatric education booklet, and welcome letter.
