Pediatric Hospital Discharge Kit

The Dexcom Pediatric Kit includes everything a child and their caregiver need to get started with Dexcom G7 CGM System, including a 1-month supply of Dexcom G7 Sensors, a Dexcom Receiver, pediatric education booklet, and welcome letter.  To get more information, hospitals can email HospitalDischarge@Dexcom.com.
