Thomas Martens, MD, FACP
Dr. Martens is a board-certified internist at Park Nicollet Clinic in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He serves as the Medical Director at the International Diabetes Center at Park Nicollet Clinic and HealthPartners Care Group, and is also a research investigator at HealthPartners Institute. He played a key role in the MOBILE study, which helped secure CGM coverage for individuals with type 2 diabetes on basal insulin only.

Gregg Simonson, PhD
Dr. Simonson is the Director of Strategy, Innovation, and Partnerships at the HealthPartners Institute, International Diabetes Center. He also holds an academic appointment as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota Medical School.
